This sign-up page is operated by FLEXSHFT Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 16932031), with registered address at 3 Avro Way, Blaxton, Doncaster, DN9 3QX.

FLEXSHFT is a pre-launch digital marketplace platform that connects independent hospitality professionals with businesses for short-term shift work. We are currently accepting early registrations ahead of our Manchester launch.

2. What This Notice Covers

This notice explains:

  • what personal information we collect when you register on this page
  • why we collect it and how we use it
  • what you are consenting to by ticking the consent box and clicking Sign Up
  • your rights and how to exercise them
Important Note: This notice does not govern use of the FLEXSHFT app or platform, which will be subject to separate full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy documents provided at the point of app registration.

When you complete the sign-up form on this page, we collect the following information:

4. How We Use Your Information

4.1 To follow up about FLEXSHFT — with your consent

The primary reason we collect your information is to contact you about FLEXSHFT. By ticking the consent box on the sign-up form, you are giving us your explicit consent under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) to contact you by:

  • Email — with updates about the FLEXSHFT launch, your registration, and how to access the platform when it goes live
  • Text message (SMS) — with launch updates and reminders
  • Phone call — to tell you more about FLEXSHFT, answer your questions, and help you get set up when the platform launches

We will only contact you for these purposes. We will not send you unrelated marketing or share your details with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4.2 To manage our launch registration list

We use your information to maintain our pre-launch registration database, to prioritise outreach by location and role type, and to plan our launch capacity. This processing is based on our legitimate interests in launching the platform effectively (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

4.3 To understand how people found us

The 'How did you hear about FLEXSHFT?' field helps us understand which marketing channels are working. This is processed on the basis of our legitimate interests in growing the platform efficiently. This data is used in aggregate only and does not affect how we contact you individually.

Your consent covers texts and calls:Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003, we need your prior consent before sending you marketing text messages or making marketing calls to your mobile number. By ticking the consent box, you are giving that consent for all three channels — email, text, and call. You can withdraw this consent at any time (see Section 6).

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

We will keep your registration information for as long as it is needed for the purposes set out in this notice, subject to the following:

  • If you withdraw your consent: we will delete your information from our marketing contact list within 30 days of receiving your request
  • If the FLEXSHFT launch is cancelled or significantly delayed beyond 12 months from the date you registered: we will contact you to ask if you want to remain on the list or be removed
  • If you register for and create an account on the FLEXSHFT platform: your registration data will be absorbed into your full platform account, which will be governed by the full FLEXSHFT Privacy Policy
  • If you do not respond to our initial follow-up communications: we will retain your details for a maximum of 18 months from the date of registration, after which they will be securely deleted

6. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the following rights in relation to the information we hold about you:

Delete your dataYou can ask us to delete your information. We will do so within 30 days unless we have a legal obligation to retain it.
Object to processingYou can object to us processing your information on the basis of legitimate interests (see sections 4.2 and 4.3).
ComplainIf you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.

7. Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with the following categories of trusted service providers who help us operate the sign-up process:

  • Email and CRM providers: to store your registration details and send follow-up communications
  • Cloud storage providers: to securely host our registration database

All service providers are contractually required to process your data only on our instructions and in accordance with UK GDPR. We do not share your information with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

8. How We Keep Your Information Safe

We take appropriate technical and organisational steps to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Your data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised FLEXSHFT team members only.

9. Terms of Use — This Sign-Up Page

9.1 Purpose of this page

This page exists solely to collect pre-launch registration interest for the FLEXSHFT platform. Submitting your details does not create an account, does not grant you access to any platform or service, and does not constitute a contract between you and FLEXSHFT Limited.

9.2 No guarantee of access or availability

Registering on this page does not guarantee access to the FLEXSHFT platform at launch or at any subsequent time. FLEXSHFT reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel the platform launch without liability to registered users.

9.3 Accuracy of information

You confirm that the information you provide on this form is accurate and up to date. FLEXSHFT is not responsible for failed communications resulting from inaccurate information provided at registration.

9.4 No employment or contractor relationship

Registering on this page does not create any employment, worker, contractor, or agency relationship between you and FLEXSHFT Limited. The nature of FLEXSHFT as a marketplace platform and the terms on which Contractors and Business Clients will engage with one another will be set out in the full Terms of Service provided at app registration.

9.5 Governing law

This notice and the use of this sign-up page are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

10. Changes to This Notice

We may update this notice from time to time. If we make any material changes to how we use your information, we will notify you by email before those changes take effect. The current version will always be available on the sign-up page.
